ORDERING INFORMATION

All prices are stated clearly in British Pounds (GBP) at their full price. No VAT is added as Matthew Read Silver & Goldsmith is currently not a VAT registered company.

If you are having bespoke jewellery designed and made to order, please allow me time to make your special piece of jewellery. If you are in a hurry for something for a particular day such as a birthday or wedding then please let me know and I will do my very best to accommodate.

POSTAGE

All orders are carriage free and are sent Royal Mail, Special Delivery and are insured through transit.

PAYMENT

All transactions are securely made through PayPal. No card or payment details are stored by us.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & VARIATIONS

Dimensions are provided for every product. Please check

these carefully before purchasing, especially if you are buying rings. All items are as true a likeness as they can be to the photographs on the website. All jewellery is individually made by me and not a third party. All silver jewellery over 7gms is hallmarked and all gold jewellery over 3gms.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

If on delivery your goods are found to be defective then I must be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the date of delivery, otherwise no liability will be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS/ RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you purchased. The item must be returned in the same condition as you receive it, along with all packaging. As soon as the item has been received back, a full refund for the item will be given through PayPal. However, all postage costs and return delivery will need to be paid by the customer unless the item is proved to be faulty or defective. Bespoke items and specially commissioned pieces made to order are not accepted back, except by prior arrangement with me.

Any contact details will not be shared with anyone. You may receive very occasional newsletters and promotions both by email and by post from time to time, but you can request for these to stop at any time.

Please contact me directly to gain prior consent if you would like to use any images or content for any other purpose. Anyone found to be in breach of copyright will be legally pursued.
